Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SurveyMoney mobile application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SurveyMoney (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
• One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards is strictly prohibited.
• The Service is available globally; however, certain payout methods may be restricted in your country.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@mysurveymoney.com of any unauthorised use of your account. SurveyMoney will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. SMS Messaging & Phone Verification

As part of the registration process, SurveyMoney requires phone number verification. By submitting your mobile phone number and tapping “Send Code” in the app, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from SurveyMoney containing one-time passcodes (OTPs) and transactional account alerts.

• Message frequency: Varies based on account activity (typically 1–3 messages per verification event).
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from SurveyMoney. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

5. Earning & Redeeming Rewards

5.1 Surveys

Reward amounts are displayed before each survey. Rewards are credited to your in-app balance upon successful completion. SurveyMoney reserves the right to withhold rewards if a survey is completed dishonestly, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.

5.2 Referrals

You may earn a referral bonus when a new user registers using your unique referral code and completes their first qualifying survey. Referral bonuses are subject to verification and may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected.

5.3 Payouts

Minimum payout threshold applies (displayed in the app). Payouts are processed via PayPal, Visa prepaid card, App Store gift card, Google Play gift card, or other available methods. SurveyMoney reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any payout. Payouts may take up to 7 business days to be delivered depending on the chosen method.

5.4 Reward Expiry

Reward balances associated with accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may expire. You will receive a notification before any expiry occurs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain additional rewards.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys or manipulate the platform.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in surveys or account registration.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law while using the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accumulated rewards, and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software within the Service are the exclusive property of SurveyMoney and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SurveyMoney does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SurveyMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SurveyMoney reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
